1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phcku.cam, creating a phcku account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the phcku platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; and (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phcku platform, whether registered or unregistered. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the phcku platform and, if registered, request account closure through phcku support.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the phcku platform is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the phcku platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of gameplay. phcku's primary market is the Republic of the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Only: You may hold only one registered phcku account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or involuntary restriction on your ability to participate in online gaming, including restrictions imposed through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.
• Not Employed by phcku: Employees, directors, consultants, and immediate family members of phcku and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in phcku promotional offers.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access phcku's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify phcku promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcku login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. phcku will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity originating from your authenticated session is presumed to be conducted by you unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

phcku implements industry-standard encryption protocols for all account authentication sessions. However, the security of your credentials on your personal device remains your responsibility. You are strongly encouraged to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phcku account.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your phcku session when using shared or public devices.

phcku reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including during the account registration process, prior to processing withdrawals, or when suspicious account activity is detected.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All funds held in your phcku wallet are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phcku does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP-denominated transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven cash deposits, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of each transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phcku wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes during standard banking hours. phcku is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. phcku requires successful KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in phcku's support documentation. phcku reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds if unusual account activity is detected.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and any applicable transaction fee schedules, are published in phcku's account settings and support documentation. These limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

phcku may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phcku promotional offers:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• phcku reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as repeatable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between phcku accounts.
• phcku reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused a promotional offer, engaged in arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other accounts to exploit promotion mechanics.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcku platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering or operating more than one phcku account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the phcku platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting programs, or any other mechanism not expressly permitted by phcku to participate in games or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or calculation malfunctions ("bugs") to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Such winnings are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated play in live casino games.
• Attempting to access phcku's systems, servers, or databases without authorization, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the phcku platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior toward phcku staff, live casino dealers, or other players.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcku platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, graphical elements, written content, and the overall look and feel of phcku.cam — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcku Casino or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Your phcku account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display phcku content; modify or create derivative works from phcku content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phcku software; or use phcku's trademarks or branding without express written permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcku's total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your phcku account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings not yet credited to your wallet; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or damages arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party payment provider failures beyond phcku's reasonable control.

phcku does not warrant that: the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times; all games and features will be available in all geographic locations; or that specific gameplay outcomes are guaranteed. Games of chance are inherently unpredictable, and phcku does not represent that any game strategy will produce specific results.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

phcku reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phcku reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been accessed by or used for the benefit of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• phcku is required to do so in order to comply with applicable Philippine law or a lawful direction from a regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• phcku reasonably suspects that your account is involved in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• Your account shows patterns indicative of problem gambling where phcku's responsible gaming obligations require intervention.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures. phcku will not be liable for losses arising from account suspension where the suspension is carried out in accordance with this Agreement.

You may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting phcku support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of verification of your identity.

10 Responsible Gaming Obligations

phcku is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. phcku provides the following responsible gaming tools within all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately and can only be reduced in real time (increases require a cooling-off period before activation).
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from real-money gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full closure.

In summary, phcku collects personal data that is necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of phcku's gaming services. phcku does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, or your use of the phcku platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through phcku's internal complaints process by contacting phcku support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. phcku commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial forum.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phcku reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — phcku will notify registered players via email or prominent notice on the phcku platform no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the phcku platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to a material amendment to these terms, your sole recourse is to close your phcku account before the amendment takes effect by contacting phcku support via live chat.
